Back to school!!!


Assalamualaikum warahmatullah. Hehehe, by looking at the title I presume some people might think that I went to SEMESTI and meet the teachers there. Well, tetttt, wrong answer. Today, 3 Feb. 05, I’m officially went back to school, as a teacher. Well, my GSTT (Guru Sandaran Tidak Terlatih) permohonan was fwded to my neighbour’s school, then I went to the interview process sometime ago, and JPN luluskan, then sy pun disuruh melapor diri di Sekolah Menengah Dato’ Sagor, Langkap (quite far jugak la from my house), as a chemistry teacher.


it turns out that, I’m the only chem teacher at that school, so automatically, I was appointed as the Ketua Panitia Kimia of that school. Although my role is just a guru sandaran, but ajaring 4 chemistry classes, 1 kelas moral, and 1 class BM kat sekolah yg totally jauh gila dari SEMESTI is sort of a tough role la jugak.


can you imagine, a petite girl, masuk kelas and ajar. Those budak2, are even bigger than me. Kat Memana je saya jalan, I heard someone say “eh cikgu baru , cikgu baru”, and in each class that I went in to, bebudak laki, memang tak malu to ask openly in the class, “Cikgu, berapa umur cikgu,” tapi budak2 perempuan, jumpa me privately after class just to ask about my age. Then they was like, “cikgu sangat muda”. Hehhehe so the very funny.


untuk lebih menerukkan keadaan, I actually said that I’m 21 instead of 22. well, im still 21, and let me feel like being 21 until the time comes laa kan. Even the teachers pun wondering about my age.


Besides that, I have to do kelas tambahan for those kids. Just imagine, diorang tak dek cikgu kimia utk yg form 5 dari bulan 6 yg lalu. Derang hnya sempat mengajar bab form 4 sampai jadual berkala je. Then bila saya tanya pasal siri elektrochem and stuff like that sbb form 5 kan bnyk kene faham yg form 4, sume depa tak tau. plus dah sebulan derang tak dek cikgu chem.. so… that means I have to work hard to make sure I can cover a lot of things, and those kids didn’t leave with a don’t know answer masa masuk amik exam nanti.


lagi.. heheh pengetua approaches me, and say that I have to do kelas tambahan, and cikgu BM minta I latih pasukan bahas… wawawa… so bnyk kerja dong. Debate, was one of my greatest satisfaction in high school. Eventhough im not as good as those names, like mayang sari, ikram, iznan, yopesh, aimi, etc… but it was one of the best moment happened in my life. I really missed those good all days I had at school.


lagi… I asked the guru panitia of pendidikan moral nak ajar apa kan? And he was very blur tatau nak ajar apa. Then dia jawab, cikgu ajar saja… haaahahha jangan, nanti aku ajar nanti…


So, may Allah make it easy for me. Semoga saya ada benda nak bagi those kids. Semoga they take not just my knowledge, but everything I have to give. Semoga Allah mudahkan derang terima ilmu saya amen.
